17/Nov/2011: Following the
release of Fedora 16 and Ubuntu 11.10 it is time to release a new
version of the clock. With desktops moving to GTK3 the clock has been
ported to the newer API. The current version is 3.0.1 and for older
desktops there is a 2.8.1 version.

17/Nov/2009: This release
follows the latest round of distribution updates. The main bug fix
is for a change in GTK and fixes the alarm dialog. The biggest new
feature are some new hand styles that can be configured from the
command line. The current version is now: 2.7.6.

22/Jul/2009: It is now
possible to select the colours from the menus. Remember to save
your preferences to keep your colour selections. It is also
possible to run a command when the alarm goes off. This release is
version 2.7.5.

1/Feb/2008: TzClock is
now part of the Fedora distribution and can be installed with "yum
install tzclock".

6/Aug/2007: TzClock is an XWindows GTK+ graphical Clock
that can display the time around the world. It supports multiple
faces showing different time zones. There is a stopwatch function
that is accurate to a tenth of a second, plus there are many other
